Class field trip
As you may know, time is nearing for our class' yearly field trip. I am considering three possible locations and would like your input. I have provided links below.
I think Seward Farms would be a great location for this year's trip! The fall would be the best time to go, of course! The students would enjoy being outdoors, seeing all of the animals, and navigating the corn maze.
The Zoo! Zoo's are great for kids because it introduces them to wildlife they would otherwise never see and experience. Also, they can be very informative and it allows the students to explore. Some great memories can be made at a zoo and I think the children would love it!
I think we should visit the Dauphin Island Sea Lab - not only do they have hands on learning for the students, but they also have classroom and meeting space.

ReplyDeleteI have been to Seward Farms once before. Everyone loved the hay ride and the corn maze!

ReplyDeleteWe have been to the Montgomery Zoo in the past, but we have not been to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. I have heard many great things about it!
